Tempeh Vegetable Kebabs

Ingredients:

150gr tempeh, diced

½ red capsicum (pepper), diced

8 (small) mushrooms

1 zucchini (courgette), diced

¼ pumpkin, diced

 

Method:

Wash skewers
Pierce vegetables and tempeh as per the picture:

Red capsicum, zucchini, pumpkin, tempeh, mushroom, red capsicum, zucchini, pumpkin

BBQ or grill the kebabs, turning frequently, until cooked well

 

Makes 8 kebabs
