Ingredients:

500ml So Good vanilla ice cream

500ml So Good chocolate ice cream

Ice Cream wafers 80g eg Altimate Foods

You will also need a spoon and knife

 

Method:

Ice cream needs to be soft but not too melted

Spoon ice cream onto one of the wafers, be careful not to break them

Place other wafer on top and squeeze together gently

Use knife to add more ice cream to the sides

Freeze each wafer until finished batch

 

Cut each wafer in half so you have squares

Freeze until serving

The wafers are fresher when not frozen for too long

 

Serves 8-10 people

The wafers will make 20 in total: 10 of each flavour
