Ingredients:

1 litre So Good chocolate ice cream
1 packet 150g Oreo cookies

You will also need:

Baking/parchment paper

Method:

Allow the ice cream to melt naturally

Break Oreos into halves or quarters

Combine Oreos and melted ice cream

Place baking paper into a bread-tin sized container

Pour the mixture into the container

Freeze until needed

 

Add a sprinkle of cayenne pepper for a bit of a bite

Melt the ice cream a bit before serving, as it’s easier to cut

Don’t microwave the ice cream to defrost, as this will cause icicles when frozen

 

Serves 6-8 people
