vanilla raspberry coconut icecream

INGREDIENTS:

1 litre So Good vanilla ice cream

500gr raspberries

1 cup shredded coconut

 

METHOD:

Allow the ice cream to melt naturally

Combine raspberries, melted ice cream and coconut

Pour the mixture into container (similar size to the above photo)

Freeze until needed

 

Serves 6-8 people

 

Melt the ice cream a bit before serving, as it’s easier to cut

Don’t microwave the ice cream to defrost, as this will cause icicles when frozen
